How much will my order cost to send?

We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within New Zealand. If you’re outside New Zealand, please contact us via email or our social media pages—we’d love to arrange shipping for you at the best possible rates.

How long will it take to dispatch and deliver my order?

• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the time of year. Public holidays and busy shopping periods (e.g., pre-Christmas) may affect dispatch and delivery times.
• Rural Areas: If you live in a rural or remote area, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We cannot change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address, please contact us as soon as possible via email: info@seatcovermaster.co.nz
